Jim Bakker – “How to Accomplish the Impossible with the Big Three Mountain Movers”

So, a couple of days ago we lost Reverend Jim Bakker, one half of the famed, Jim & Tammy Faye. Now, I know a lot of people have their opinions on Jim Bakker, and with his recent passing everyone wants to say something about the man in some sort of negative light, but what we need to remember is that even though we all have our opinions on him, and the events that happened, he is someone’s father, husband and grandfather, and those people are mourning what is probably a monumental loss to them. So, let’s spin “How to Accomplish the Impossible“
So, it opens with an introduction from Henry Harrison from the PTL club, before we go into Reverend Bakker’s sermon, and I will say that the way Jim delivers his sermon is something powerful. He occasionally does sound like Oscar from ‘Corner Gas‘ as the delivers parts of his sermon. I feel like seeing Jim actually delivering a sermon would be a lot different than just listening to him, he puts a lot of emotion in what he is saying.
I don’t want to give away too much from the sermon for those who haven’t heard it. You can listen to it in it’s entirety here. I will say once more, than Jim did deliver one good sermon.
