Personal Review:
So, the past few record hauls I’ve done, I’ve picked up every Andy Gibb LP I’ve found, I’ve always seen them, know his history, and love the work of the Bee Gees, so hey, why not?
The album opens with the track “Shadow Dancing” – and it’s not bad! I definitely enjoy the backing vocals, sounds like his brothers are providing the back vocals on this track. I’m definitely a disco fanatic. Andy sounds a bit like his brothers. I wonder what it would’ve been like to hear him with the Bee Gees. After that follows the track “Why” – I find the vocals are a little slow for the actual music, but Andy is just so talented. The chorus is quite amazing too! Next up comes “Fool For a Night” – it’s still a bit too slow for me, but hey, the vocals are pretty good! Then comes the track “An Everlasting Love” – which the music introduction is beautiful, then comes his vocals and it’s stunning.  It’s actually a really great song, it makes me want to dance. The A-Side ends with the track “(Our Love) Don’t Throw It All Away” – it starts off quietly and slowly, Andy was such a talented musician, this album right here proves it.

The B-Side opens with the great track “One More Look at the Night” – it definitely has the Bee Gees vibe, and is absolutely amazing. Next up comes “Melody” which opens with some wicked piano playing, and Andy’s vocals are absolutely stunning, it feels like such a waste of talent knowing he passed away. The chorus kicks in, and it becomes even more awesome! After that comes Andy with another good song, “I Go for You” follows. The vocals are amazing, so is the chorus. I’m actually really glad that I had purchased this LP. After that comes the song “Good Feeling” – which is like, the greatest track on this whole LP. Like, zero complaints about it thus far! Andy was just unbelievably talented! “Waiting for You” ends the album, and what a perfect choice to end the album with, like absolutely a perfect ending track to such a great album!
