Personal Review:
Okay, so firstly let me jump right in by saying I have no idea what is going on on this record. It’s in a language I don’t speak, or read and Google translate is useless.
Anyways, here we go.

The EP opens with the track “Rahasia Djiwa” – so, the vocals are delivered well, and from what I can find in the minimal information the internet gives me, Ellya Harris was a rather well known singer in various parts of Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. The song overall is good, no complaints there! Next up is “Tetap Menanti” – and once more, it’s a good track that I have no idea what is going on around it, I can totally be chill with this though, so Ellya M. Harris is cool in my books.

Anyways, B-Side time. It opens with the track “Kehidupanku” – let’s give it a listen! and much like the A-Side, the first track is much longer than the second! However, this track so far does not seem to compare with “Rahasia Djiwa” – still, nonetheless, Ellya remains a talented singer (and at this point, I’m very glad to have received this record from a friend.) Next up and closing the EP is “Ratapanku” – and well, it’s good, as is Ellya, still!

Anyways, according to sources on the internet, Ellya M. Harris passed away in 2009 at the age of 80.
